Check-in:
Between 3 and 6 p.m. unless special arrangements have been
made.
Check-out:
11 a.m.
Credit
cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard.
Two
night minimum stay on weekends and holidays (3-night stay
required on some holiday weekends).
We
will do our best to give you the room of your choice. If
this is not possible, we will let you know in advance as
to the room(s) available for your stay.
For ALL of our guests’ comfort, Case Ranch
Inn is a smoke-free property.
Children
over 10 welcome; no pets please.
Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected
by untimely cancellations. An advance payment by check (within
5 days) or charged to your credit card in the amount of
one-night's stay, plus tax, is required to guarantee your
reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a 10-day notice
is required to receive a full refund, with a $20 processing
fee per room charged to your credit card. If
you are unable to cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled
arrival, you will be charged in full for your reservation
if we are unable to re-book your room(s). Cancellations
of groups of two or more rooms, or on holiday weekends,
require notice of at least 30 days. No credit or refunds
will be given for early departures unless we are able to
re-book your room(s). No-shows are charged for the
full scheduled stay.
